Adv. Deepak Joshi, the founder and managing partner of Deepak Joshi & Associates, brings a unique blend of technical expertise and legal acumen to the firm. An engineering graduate turned legal professional, he combines analytical precision with a deep commitment to justice and client advocacy.

Adv. Joshi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from SSJ Campus, Almora, where he secured 4th position in the overall merit across all colleges of Kumaun University, Nainital. He further pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law & Cyber Crime (2016–2017) from Uttarakhand Open University, enhancing his expertise in the evolving intersection of law and technology.

Before entering the legal field, he earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Kumaun Engineering College, Dwarahat (Almora), Uttarakhand, giving him a strong foundation in logic, problem-solving, and digital systems — skills that now inform his practice, particularly in cyber law and technology-related cases.
